■  Bad Checks Attorney

LAS VEGAS BAD CHECK ATTORNEY

Bounced checks happen to most people from time to time, especially in an era of constant ATM withdrawals and paying for purchases with debit cards which deduct money directly from your checking account. Issuing a bad check is punishable by law. In most cases, if you accidentally give a bounce check, you normally contact the payee when you notice your error. But what if the payee initiates legal actions? What will happen? Will you be able to be in restitution? Or will you be jailed for your error? Unfortunately, in Las Vegas you can not predict what will happen, as it depends on many variables.
